ASAP Web Development Project

We need to create a couple of web pages and a script to fit the following process: 1) User lands on landing page (some creative counsel will be provided along with images and copy) 2) User clicks link to start survey - link sends them to a [login to view URL] survey 3) At the end of the survey - the user is dropped back into the client site with a page that: a - confirms the survey is complete b - allows them to print a coupon - HOWEVER, it is important that the coupon not be made visible to the user - it should be sent directly to the printer without ever rendering an image on screen. The design for the coupon will also be provided. We would like the coupons to include a random serial number if possible and/or barcode. Once the coupon is printed they should not have the option of printing it again. 4) After the coupon is printed they are sent to a thank you page. The above outlines the basic flow of the process. Once the project has begun I will need the coder to sign an NDA agreement with us before we proceed. I am looking for quick turn around on this project. So please advise of timing in your bid.
