Digital Photo Keyword Generator

There are two possible deliverables for this project : A) someone writes the code to the specifications below, and B) someone points me to pre-existing software that satisfies all or most of the following requirements. A finders fee will be given to someone who finds a pre-existing solution. Need software for quickly applying keywords to many digital photos. Software must be able to handle 2000+ photographs in a single session See below for detailed requirements. ## Deliverables Apparently my true requirements were lost in the posting. Here they are : Display all of the files in a directory including subdirectories as thumnails. Allow selection of those files into a virtual temporary storage area. Allow multiple passes of selection. This should not actually copy the files anywhere, just keep them in a list. Restrict the view to show only the files in the work area. Allow keywords to be viewed and applied to multiple files simultaniously as selected. Allow selection of files via keyword keywords should be stored in IPTC format as part of the JPEG. Details on IPTC format can be found here : <[login to view URL]> Automatic clustering of files based on date. The number of clusters is user selectable. If a cluster is selected, recluster using only that set of files as the selection. Allow keywords of a cluster An example of the clustering concept can be found in this videos : <[login to view URL]> If a custom written app, the app should be written in C#. Avalon etc may be used as long as all dlls and libraries are publicly and freely available. A local database may be used for thumbnails and keywords for speed, but the primary store must be the files themselves. All information must be regenerateable 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
