convert software to web based app

Hi there! I have created a desktop based travel software program in delphi with another coder. I want to turn it into a web based app that can quickly be deployed on websites. The program is designed to plan trips and produce reports. It can create gearlists, or it can import pre-existing lists to help make the planning easier (i.e. import [login to view URL] etc...) It will require import/export of data in the form of text files or some other format. There are about 10 features to this program, ranging from a calendar for travel dates, to detailed gear lists. So it will consist of at least 10 different pages and have a utility to print out or email travel reports. The program should be flexible and easy to update and again, web based. It should support many users using at same time. I can give you a copy of the desktop version to work from. Please describe what language you would intend to use. More work available if competent and timely. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform unix/linux server
