480002 Parse html files into txt with only required data

This project is more of a task. I require a script or an app to parse all the files in a folder, given the path. You can write in any language that you like as long as it will work on my machine. We will discuss this before you start. Format is straight forward if you've done similar work. Attached is an example of one of the files that will be in the folder to be parsed. All other files will have the same format.
