CGI PROXY SCRIPT MODIFICATION AND INSTALL

Hey I need some modifications done to Jmarshall's cgi proxy script. I have done these myself but keep running into error messages. The bidder will be required to make these changes below to the script and install them via ftp to my site. Also a [login to view URL] of the files. Here is a list of the features that I will need configured in the proxy script- -A [login to view URL] file that is below the url form with my ad code so I simply insert my code into the [login to view URL] file and its displayed on proxied pages. -Hotlinking Protection installed -url encoding enabled -Configured to run on a ssl server -Disable User Config -A [login to view URL] page with the proxy url form included -Remove scripts for all sites except the following:Myspace, facebook, orkut,hi5 -I need secured forms sent back to user unsecured, example, some accesses [login to view URL] through a proxy without ssl and has no problems.
