Few things are unclear. Like, is the website currently on WordPress? By rebuilding the website, do mean do you want the same look or do you want a new look for the website? i have a solution as an alternative to use plugins so the website would load fast...as you have mentioned that it lead the server down very soon so it might be the possibility that the code would be pretty poor, not only poor as use of unnecessary PHP code cause things like that. I am here to start work on the project and i will be available to work on other projects too. So, whats the plan?
