ajax expert needed for chat script

This is the chat site [login to view URL] in the chat room when you login and in userlist when you click on nickname in userlist it opens context menu quickly but when you click on links in context menu it doesnt open quickly it takes time to open links... i want you to make it open quickly and doesn't ping other users.
