Develop Reporting Module for an Online Service

We have developed a web-based Helpdesk and Knowledgebase platform.

We are looking for a developer to design and implement reports for the platform. There will be 3 types of reports and graphs:

Standard Canned/Default Reports/Graphs

Dynamic Reports/Graphs

Custom Reports/Graphs

The platform is developed in php/mysql.

You must be very strong in:

mysql

php

css

jquery

We prefer that you also have good user interface design skills to help us enhance the user experience.

You must design clean organized and well-documented code.

We are interested in someone that can bring us ideas on both design and features based upon our overall objectives. We are not looking for someone that requires detailed specs of every screen. You must be able to bring ideas to the table to provide value to an end user for our reporting module. We would brief you on how the helpdesk system worked so you have perspective on our platform.

Please forward various examples of work that you have done that are heavily database oriented to help us evaluate your capabilities and genius-ness!

It is imperative that you speak clear English without an accent as we would be collaborating on a regular basis with team members over voice-Skype. Your written English must also be good. Timely communication is imperative.

We are looking for someone long term to assist in building out additional modules. While this project is very specific in nature, it will help us identify someone that brings the best skill set, attitude, and synergy that we are looking for.

This will be an hourly project. Should we get into the project and not be happy with your performance, we reserve the right to cancel the project at any time at our discretion.
