Need help transferring website and database to another server

I've done a lot of this project, but need some help because I'm busy.

I have a client that needs their productcart ecommerce cart transferred to my rackspace account.

I have created the container on my rackspace and set up the testlink, uploaded all the files, setup the new database, and changed the database info in the configuration file. Now I need someone to transfer the database from the old server to the new.

I don't have a control panel or phpmyadmin to export the old database...I have the Server address, port, db name, user name, and password. I also don't have the login to the admin panel of the ecommerce cart...the old database should contain that I'm assuming.
