Custom Database (Web Based Order Entry)

Hi Everybody, I need to have a database that will enable me except orders from customers + print "end of day" summery. Below are the details: I need to have a DB on my server that will enable me enter orders on my website. When a customer calls (most customers are return customers), I'll have a box to enter the customer's phone number (used as ID). After I enter the phone number all customer info. (name address etc.) will show up. Then I can select products from a list and create the order. This page should contain all the history of previous purchases. At the end of the day, I need to have the option to print today's orders. When I select "print" I'll be able to sort the orders based on two variables (city & date = each city & date will have its own page). I also need to print a list of products ordered during the day (also sorted by city & date.). Attached you will see a few screen shots to let you better understand my needs.
