Configure a PHP/MySQL web site on IIS 6

We have inherited a small web application developed using PHP/MySQL. This application has been working in production environment for a number of years on an Apache server running on a UNIX box. We now need to port this application to a Windows 2003/IIS 6 environment and get it up and running. We have the PHP and MySQL both installed on the IIS server, however due to lack of PHP/mySQL knowledge we can't get the site to render properly and we don't know how to bind it to the MySQL database. Here is what we need: 1. Review and adjust IIS/PHP configuration to get the web site working. (Attached is a screen cap of the home page as it is currently rendered.) 2. Connect the web application to MySQL database (installed on the same box) 3. Potentially some minor changes/adjustments to the source code once the application is up and running. This should be an easy task for someone who has the expertise. Please provide an approximate man-hours + hourly rate for taking on this project. Thanks
