Built Web-based FB Fanpage management Software

I need a web-based software/SaaS developed that would help us manage multiple Facebook FanPages. The fanpage management would include: 1) Finding content from YouTube, Pinterest, other fanpages, Instagram, Reddit, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 2) Scheduling posts for fanpages 3) Creating email optins in fanpage posts. Integration with aweber, getresponse, mailjet, sendreach 4) Create fanpage landingpages that are mobile optimised 5) Manage and Analyse all the posts in fanpages. Show likes, comments, shares from various times in a day or days in a week 6) Facebook ad builder option 7) Retargeting option 8) Admin panel for user management where each user can be granted or removed from any of those 6 features above.
