API based web app

Hello, We need a Website design that will consist of 5 pages in PHP. The site is towards Google advertising. 1. a login page 2. a search / list screen with 3 tabs, listing result fields of a different level for each tab. For each resulted field, an edit operation may apply 3. a configuration page, for setting application parameters 4. In addition, a system process, including calculating algorithms shall be created 5. API synchronization 6. Database model A design portfolio will be required to see previous work. Skills required: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design
