VÍDEO AND SOUND GRABBER IN HTML5 and PHP

I need a website (like a social network) made in HTML5, PHP and Mysql that runs on mobiles and desktops. - Users login (register) using facebook account; - users registration and login Functionalities: - Users can posts uploading their image or sound (this will be catched by their mic or their camera using the browser, if user has no camera on the desktop, he will have the option to upload image and sound); - With the post, user can write anything (just like facebook); - Users can search each other by typing email of name; - Users will have a timeline to see others post; - Users can add each other as friend to see their posts; - Users can send each other a personal message. The user who receives the message will also receive an email telling he received it; - Users can talk live to each other personally or to everyone logged.
