506716 Android App using GPS and/or network based location.

We are looking for a programmer to create an Android App that will allow users to have messages pop up on their android mobile device from various providers of information depending on the location of the user. The app will detect the users location using GPS and / or network based location information from the Android API on their mobile device. The user will be able to set the sensitivity of the radial distance with this app. When the user is in any location he/she will get a message from providers of information who are within the users chosen radial distance. The providers of information will require a log on to upload their messages. Please review the above information and ask questions prior to bidding. Bid amounts have been hidden.
