Custom Theme and Functionality

We are one of the leading designers and makers of latex garments for men and women - often referred to as 'fetish' wear, but today just as popular on the Club scene and with leading celebrities such as Lady Gaga. We recently commissioned a new website for our fashion collections from a web agency (see [login to view URL]). However, we have found that the bespoke system they built us was riddled with faults and bad coding, and they were incapable of fixing it. So while the appearance of the site is good from a design point of view, the functionality is very unstable due to some very bad coding, and we are therefore looking to switch from this system to Magento CE. We are looking to transfer the look and feel of the current site over to a more robust Magento-based system which can give us more of the features we want, which have proved impossible to implement properly on our current platform. We also would like our current feature set to be available when we switch over. Particular features we need would be: Ability to choose from a variety of colours, sizes, and features available for each garment Club Membership offering a range of discounts, points and other benefits SagePay integration for credit cards as well as accounts Royal Mail integration Ability for customers to add special instructions to orders The above would be representative of the core feature set we are looking for, with more to be added during development or after. Looking at our requirements, we believe that the best solution to create our products within Magento would be to use an Advanced Product Options extension to which we add options to our products, in this way for example Colour Size Trim Garment Options Zip Options etc We understand that creating Attribute sets and configurable products is an option, but with a catalogue of 600 products and the sheer amount of variations, this number rises to the millions. To re-cap, we are looking for a individual/Agency to take the lead in creating a Magento Theme based on the design of the current site with the above functionality.
