Convert Flash Template to Joomla Template

I bought a Flash Template to start our website. After some months running the website we decided to migrate to Joomla but keeping initial the look & feel. The website is not fully Flash. It has only a Flash presentation in the home page which probably needs to be modified (form or size not the content) in order to be used in Joomla Template desired template. The rest of the website content is HTML/CSS based.
