Advanced Joomla Developer for Website Project

We require the services of an advanced Joomla Developer. You must be experienced in taking an illustrator file and turning it into a full Joomla site. Installation and customisation of Joomla components and modules, Creation of new Joomla Plugins, Advanced CSS and MySQL skills with good PHP skills. There will be continuous work for the right person that proves themselves. This project involves turning an illustrator file into a joomla site with approx 10 content pages, with the addition of a membership system where members can login and update their business profile or the administrator can change each of them in the back end, It needs an events system where the admin can add events which have a title, content, image and attacghment, a user can book into the event and payonline and it stores this info in the system. An advertising management system where they can add adverts and record stats etc of click throughs and views, normal forms etc. for a small business network site.
