Project Description

We are in the process of creating an elaborate laboratory management software for our own laboratory and while we do have software developers I would like to outsource some elements to save time.

To this end I would need a developer proficient in





To create this software module for us. The project starts with extracting raw data from a laboratory analysis file, displaying the results on a line graph, making some regions of the line graph selectable and a way to display and manage all of the samples in the analysis file.

The Element would first have to be developed and tested on your server and after completion it would be integrated into our software portal.

MANY of these elements are already available and can be modified and integrated.

I have created and attached detailed instructions of what I would need. The graphical elements are available.

Time is critical for this project, so please:

I got a few of the code snippets, that my last programmer has created. Maybe it makes sense for you to use these and modify them to your wishes. These are for the HRM analyser.

Let me explain what each of these does (I am translating what my programmer has written to me, so I hope you understand what he meant):

this script reads out the data from Rex files and write it into the tables: exp_hap_samples, exp_hap_channnels and exp_hap_readings (readings are individual data points from individual channels and are connected to samples) from row 83

this creates a file with all of the information (datapoints), face it as a JavaScript file and begins displaying these (from row 534). Every channel leads to the creation of a separate file.

He also added an example for a file with information about the curve points.

He might not have used the most suitable tools, so feel free to discard the code and create your own if that makes sense.
