Dev/Design: News Aggregator/XML/RSS/Twitter Feeds Integration

Looking for an experienced developer to help me create a simple aggregation of twitter and RSS feeds. I basically want to create (and be able to add later) an: a) aggregator of tweets b) aggregator of blog posts (two sections in one page - room for ads / email optin, of course) Holding out for those who have used and thoroughly understand: -XML -XHTML -CSS -PHP -FB dev / FB like / FB iFrames -JQuery -Javascript -Wordpress customization (considering blog form for back-end ease undecided) -PhotoShop Whiz (Design capabilities critica) Please confirm you can work to have this completed in about week (believe me - it's straightforward). Please provide examples of your XML work / design work. Eagerly awaiting a prompt reply and completion. Start Tuesday or Wednesday, finish in 7 days max. I will provide feedback daily at end of day EST; available throughout day via gchat to answer questions. Preference to USA-location (but not required) / flawless English-speaking, syntax and grammatically-coherent communicators.
