Convert eBay RSS to Javascript (or PHP) with templates

I would like to convert RSS feeds from eBay (US and UK) to javascript or PHP code. I will be able to supply the RSS feed URLs to the software/script. The software/script should give the option to include or exclude the different elements of the feed, eg, title, image, description plus number of items to display etc. The end result (feed -> php/javascript) should be available in different templates - details will be supplied for different templates. Only bid on this project if you have experience with RSS feeds.
