Community script like eFriends

Social Community Script required like eFriends or features having like orkut/myspace/hi5, with membership types for users like free and paid with commission system upto 5 levels in depth. All should be configurable from Backend Admin, Backend Admin should have all control over the features in FrontEnd. Design of frontend should be changable anytime. Let me know if anyone has script ready, demo is must. Thank you. ps: budget upto 100$, not more than that.
