Calculating Order Form

I have a client that needs an online ordering system – easy enough with the javascript calculate this function… but… they have a specific order type – They have 4 meal options to choose from then 6 side options… the thing is you can order any amount of the 4 meal options but the side options – you can only choose one and that will be added to all the meal options… so if they order 5 of option A and 10 of option B then they can only choose one side option for all 15 meal orders… now their side options all have different pricing. The first 3 options are free but the next 3 are an extra $1.00, extra $1.50 and extra $3.00… and the customer cannot split the sides up (for example 10 of one side and 5 of another) – they cannot be split up. The problem I am running into is I made a calculation script and gave instructions to the customer that they cannot split sides – (in order for me to calculate the 15 meals along with the 15 (one side) options). But they kept doing it anyway… So my only option (I am thinking) is that I need a multi page form (unless you know of a way around this): Page one – a data collections (name, email etc) then the choice of what side they’ll be getting and depending on the side they choose it will take them to the next step that coincides with what they chose… example – they are choosing the side option that is an extra $1.00 per meal – it will then take them to the form that has the meal options a, b, c, d with the price plus the $1.00 – then they just finish from there… So it would be a drop down box: Side option 1 – $0.00/meal – this will lead to the regular priced form Side option 2 – $0.00/meal – this will lead to the regular priced form Side option 3 – $0.00/meal – this will lead to the regular priced form Side option 4 – $1.00/meal – this will lead to the $1.00 modified priced form Side option 5 – $1.50/meal – this will lead to the $1.50 modified priced form Side option 6 – $3.00/meal – this will lead to the $3.00 modified priced form The closet I came to finding a script that will lead them to the corresponding section is the [login to view URL] – but it does not calculate and I am not qualified enough to play with the script to make it calculate and email the results to myself and the customer. I used wordpress for their website – but it doesn’t need to be a plugin – can just be code… If anyone has developed or can develop a calculating form and or multi page form that will allow it calculate and redirect based on choices - I would appreciate your help! I would also need to be able to change prices as needed and add/remove items. Look forward to your reponse! I am on a very tight budget!
