Bulk SMS Website

We want FrontEnd, UI designer and CAKE PHP People Project --> Web to SMS Solution UI and Basic functionality Website. Objective -- Get better BULK web 2 SMS enterprise website to help co-operates send SMS. The project is in Cakephp and Perl and mysql. What we have done already and have expertize is is:- Perl side. We have already done with is--- backend frame work of Perl.. When a file is uploaded, Perl can read and parse the files, apply filter and intelligence to it and send the SMS through API. We have also tried to implement the front end in CakePhp , JQuery, JQuerytools and users permissions using ACL management of Cakephp. WHAT WE NEED IS:- Cakephp expertise and UI expertise to make the front end of UI,along with Perl integration of our API. We already have all menus in place, just make those implement it and make the UI better. PLEASE NOTE: WEBSITE IS ACTUALLY SENDING SMS.. SO DON't UPLOAD Numbers and Click SEND SMS ... IT WILL SEND... TBD:1 You can have a look at [login to view URL] ... we need to change the homepage and make it focused to only SMS. and develop static pages of info, terms and conditions etc. Also change the UI and templates as you feel like. TBD:2 Main Pages 2.1 Click Register and ... fix the jqueryTools effect to work on internet explorer .. Argh it sucks that the site works perfect in firefox and sucks in IE. 2.2... UI for Verification link, thank you and Forget Password in Login page. Click Login (No change needed here) -- login as user: testSuperUser pass: testSuperUser Click SMS.. u will see Quick SMS and Intelligent SMS TBD:3 Click Quick SMS .. in firefox..in IE it doesnt work.. 3.1 .. upload a file with XLS having a name and number on one column each. .. fix the UI for IE (Name should start with Mr. or Mrs.. we have to fix this in perl..) 3.2 Upload the file and check the name column in xls is properly mapped.. double click to edit it to re-map there...fix for different browsers 3.3 see the SMS screen to type message... Send sms is implemented.. so no need to implement that. TBD:4 Intelligent SMS :: To view this.. go to Groups, create a group and upload a file there. 4.1 UI to select groups / add group link ... select ur group and click submit. 4.2 UI to arrange better filters and checkboxs 4.3 ...copy pasge 3.2 and merge Jquery UI for schedulling sms. Send sms and schedule sms is implemented.. so no need to implement that. TBD:5 Manage Groups, add files.. All better UI TBD: 6 History Reports.. Integrate DB / Perl and display user reports TBD: 7 Settings: UI to update user profile and user table , change password TBD: 8 Buy SMS ..
