Build interface for ERP and customize

We would like a developer to assist with building a front-end interface to the OpenERP system. We are open to other suggestions too. Mainly this would involve working with HTML+CSS or potentially Django and using XML-RPC API to interface with OpenERP on the backend. In addition, we would like to make further customizations to the system. This would involve allowing for automated invoices and building a point of sale module.
