Automatic follow and messaging on tumblr.com

I need script/program for automatic follow and messaging on [login to view URL] Step by step what i need the script would do: 1. Login to my accounts (i have 4 blogs with different emails) 2. Search tags. On the right top there is search box to search the tags. So i have 4 blogs: architecture, fashion, interior, cars (all of these are featured tags on tumblr) 3. After found needed tag, find a photo with more than 300 reblogs/likes. 4. Find ten new blogs (which are not already following my blog), ten because tumblr lets ten messages per hour, follow these new ten blogs and send them the specific message (different for different account). Would be great that it would check that the new blog (one of new ten) is not following my other blogs, if possible. 5. Must be checked if my blog follow less then 5000 blogs, as tumblr lets max 5000 blogs to follow. This must be completed automatically every hour.
