This new website will be a cross between [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] It should have the general functionality of [login to view URL], an escort site, but the look and feel (clean and simple) of [login to view URL], but of course the site should not look like an exact copy of either of these sites. The look and feel of the site will be your baby (subject to my final approval). The site would have to include a registration system for models and monthly payment processing. The models would need a way to create and edit their profiles and upload their photos. Those looking for models will need several ways to search and display model's pics and profiles. I am also looking to include a text chat feature with the likelihood that I would also want to allow voice and video chatting services also. I would need a way to manage the site and run reports as well. I would also like to utilize the services of a PPV video distribution service. I would like the project to be created using a combination of AJAX, PHP, and Flash. Pages would have to be indexable by search engines. If you think you could get the same look and feel using another product, I would also be open to your suggestions. I need this site done in 30-60 days. If you think you are up for the challenge, please send links to sample work that you have completed. I'm only looking for the best Flash/AJAX/PHP Designer's/Developers. Finalists in this bid might be asked to produce a simple site (1 to 2 pages) according to additional details that will be given at that time. Accordingly, project deliverables will be updated once finalist(s) are selected. I am easygoing, trustworthy, and open to creative suggestions. With this in mind, I try to carry myself in a very business-like manner and would expect the same from any serious bidders. All bids welcome! Thank you for your interest! David ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Tuesday Oct 31, 2006 6:55:03 AM: The chat feature I am talking about would consist of messaging from one person to another. That is, from one client to one model (although it would be nice to have the ability to have more than one of these one-on-one chat sessions going at the same time if the client chooses to do so. The original idea was to have the development team develop the feature, but I would not be opposed to a third-party solution as long as it fully integrated and therefore fully transparent. What is mean by this is that the user should not know we are using a third-party chat solution. As far as the payment system goes, I don't have a particular merchant company in mind. I would be open to suggestions and would expect the the development team would have knowledge to guide me through the acquisition and set-up of the payment gateway. I would like to except a variety of payment types to incl ude credit card and paypal payments. There is also the possibility that I would want to except electronic checks. I plan to update you on any additional details as these issues arise. That is many of you are asking for these additional details and I think that's great. Keep the questions coming! I expect to narrow down the number of bidders by the end of the week. At that time I will send out a message containing specifics for a small prototype. I will select the bidder by November 12th. Contact me if you have any questions whatsoever. Thanks!
