526340 Adsense / Banner Overlay over iframed video from YT / Veetle

I need someone to code me a jQuery overlay which I can put on my website over an embedded video from Youtube, Veetle and other video sites. The overlay should be a box where my Adsense or other ad banner will be shown to my visitors. The box must have a close button which will not appear until after a custom set time (seconds), and which is the only way to make the ad disappear after clicked. If possible, the original Adsense code should be placed between the webpage text content and on page load be moved over the video, to show relevant ads.
