Add MS Outlook "invites" functionality to form submissions

Currently the three forms at [login to view URL] contain PHP forms that simply email the submitted data to the client. The data in these emails is transferred manually into Microsoft Outlook "invites" by office staff. This creates a lot of extra work and could be simplified if the form submission automatically generated an invite for each submission. We are not Microsoft enthusiasts and know little or nothing about this. We require someone who's knowledgeable in this field to add functionality to the forms that will achieve this by way of scripting. If there are other configurations necessary to achieve this, we need step-by-step instructions on how to complete.
