Add Features and Make Minor Modification to my Website

I need a strong prorammer/designer to add few simple features and make some minor modification to my Masseur Website directory. The features I am looking to be added are: 1) Advertiser should be able to place their ad to multiple cities (number of cities should be controlled by admin) without registering separately. 2) Place travel schedule below the thumbnail photo. An example: In Chicago 10/05-10/15. These travel schedule should automatically removed once the date have expired. 3) Place a Pop-Up box with a notice: “Please logout before exiting the site” when exiting the site. The rest are just minor changes/deletion. I will send the these changes/modification once I knew you could do the above features.
