My Meeting Minutes application

Cost: 250 dollars per platform (x 3) plus on-going maintenance and upgrades. The “My Meeting Minutes” application will have approximately 5 unique screens 1) Home Screen, 2) New Meeting’s Minutes, 3) Calendar, 4) Meeting Minutes Archive, 5) Current Action Items. The application can start up normally or if the user chooses a password may be required to log in. The user also has the option to decide which screen should be shown first (ie Home Screen, New Meeting’s Minutes, Calendar, Meeting Minutes Archive, Current Action Items.) The application should be written with the technology PhoneGap so that it can be universally adopted by iPhones, Andriod devices, and Blackberries. However the priority should be to have the application running on Android tablet devices. Main Functionalities • The ability to store contacts through the “My Meeting Minutes” application • Home Screen Agenda with direct access to upcoming and recent Meetings. • Search screen to find by date, purpose, topic, etc. • Action items ordered by date, time and showing Meeting purpose directly. • The ability to email the meeting minutes to contacts • A calendar that could be linked to a gmail, hotmail account so that the application can remind you of upcoming meetings • The ability for a person to dictate meeting notes verbally • The ability to convert the meeting minutes into a PDF, MS Word, or Txt file The New Meeting Minutes Screen should include. 1. Meeting Title 2. Date 3. Organizer Name 4. Attendees (who could be linked to the devices contacts) 5. Short Meeting Description 6. Summery of meeting discussion 7. Action Items (broken down by Item Description / Assigned To / Completion Date) 8. A button to Save the meeting Export the meeting and Email the meeting. .
