Change User Computer/Registry Settings

I want a small script to do the following: * Change users IE Start Page to [login to view URL] * Change users desktop background to the [login to view URL] logo * Add menu/button to users IE *** All of this MUST be done, without any pop-up warnings, confirmation pop-ups, etc. It must just happen automatically upon page load. In case you were wondering, this is not malicious code. This script will *only* be executed if user selects to "HighSchoolHumor-ize" there computer. I want to have no pop-up warnings, etc because users are going to be very technologically novices.
