Call Center Application and Project Requirements Document Expansion.(repost)

I need a Call Center Application (A Prototype may suffice) and Project Requirements Document. I will provide you with a basic project description which you will then elaborate in detail and then build the application. Java/mysql and linux are preferred and it may need a database. Applicants who are able to create a detailed software Description in advance will be given preference. I have attached a draft of my requirements, download it. We also need SOAP, RPC and other technologies. It is support software.
