Delivery Date Calendar in Checkout of my Bigcommerce site

(I've attached a screenshot of the type of calendar system I want my calendar to be based off of) Hello! I need a Date of Delivery Calendar implemented into the checkout page after the Shipping and Billing information page of my Bigcommerce website. We ship living specimens and can only ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. The available days to have specimens delivered need to be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (No Mondays). If they choose a Tuesday as the delivery date, Next day shipping needs to be automatically triggered because we can't ship on a Friday and have the specimens sit in the shipping facility over the weekend. We would ship the package out on monday (Next Day Air) to have the package arrive on the following Tuesday. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday delivery dates will have to automatically trigger 2nd Day Air, unless the day they order is a wednesday and they want specimens on the following Friday (Same goes for this situation on mondays and tuesdays). To clarify, if someone orders on a monday and they want their specimens on the following Wednesday, we will see the order on Monday, ship the order Next Day Air on Tuesday, and the package will arrive on Wednesday, so if they choose a delivery date two days after the day they make the purchase in this case, it will have to ship Next Day Air. The day after they are making the purchase can't be available for them to select. If they are ordering on Monday, Tuesday can't be choosable, etc. All Holidays will need to be taken off of the available days to choose for delivery. If there is a holiday such as Labor Day on Monday, that day won't be available to choose for delivery. In turn, the following Tuesday and Wednesday won't be available for delivery either. If we kept that Wednesday available to choose, then we'd have to ship out next day air on a Tuesday, and I can imagine that this would be hard to code into the already complicated equation. So, any holidays mid week will have the two following days unavailable for the customer to choose as delivery dates. There is an example of this in the screenshot I've attached (Labor Day).
