Custom Wordpress

For this project I need a backend that it will support my frontend/designer professional profile. Project description: four section for four events. Have four form for sign up to the four events when the customer make the subscription he receive an email of that event list. The same list in the database can not accept the same email for the subscription. So the mysql is configured that I can download my mailing list for each events. So when the event is past I can create another list in the same form. And if in some period I have two events in the same section I can put the form of another section that for that period don't have event. In the home page there will be the slideshow of the events that are coming up, all the events it will be published like a post so there is a list that have all post ordered for event coming up and a list of events past. In the single each event post page there will be an main image, some descriptions, an photogallery of the event and of course the form for the subscription that when the event is past the subscription form it will shut down.
