Create a Wordpress Theme

Hello please find the information . We need to create a theme MaxiNews theme as an example, we like the fonts and the general appearance, but the photos should all be menswear, men's fashion, men in suits. I can send all pictures. Other things we want to change are: 1. The black strip at the top and everything inside it we don't need. This needs to be a space for a banner ad. perhaps you could add an example banner ad here. 2. On the right below the black strip there is a 'themeforest' box. We don't need that. We'd like to move the page title to the center, quote on the right - “Fashion is the armor to survive the reality of everyday life.” — Bill Cunningham 3. Remove the Breaking News bar and move everything up. 4. See the hand drawn wireframe MR [login to view URL] . There are two columns under the main slider. One says 'Gallery Post' and one says 'Sound Cloud Music'. We want to keep the right hand column the same, but we need the left column to be more Headlines and blurbs below. The website I work for is news driven. There needs to be a clear title to the section 'MRket News' with bold headlines below. We should see the first headline with a blurb, and a second headline before the home page pagebreak. 5. The categories should be 'HOME' 'NEWS' "FEATURES' 'FASHION' 'EXPERTS' 'EVENTS' 'CLASSIFIEDS' 6. Stories should link to 'Gallery Post' style pages. 7. Categories in the Theme I sent link to a layout similar to the two columns below the main slider on the home page. I would like these to look similar to the change I made in 4. The left column headlines and blurbs, the right column pictures and blurbs. Let me know if that all makes sense. I'll send the logo for the top of the page to gmail also, but we need to add our subheading 'Connecting the people, ideas, and energy of the menswear industry.'
