Create a Wordpress Template

Hi All, I am looking for an experienced wordpress template designer to create a template in wordpress similar to [login to view URL] I only need the front page replicated in wordpress, and I do not need any new content, you can just completely replicate the page. The header can be hardcoded into the php file, but the gradient should be done via html and css instead of an image. Instead of the search bar at the top, can we have a magnifine glass to the right of the nav that drops down in a little pop up box to allow search. The nav has to be a menu defined in the wordpress menu section and allow drop downs similar to the ones on the website provided. the nav must also be a graident with html5. The content area must be written into each page, i.e. just duplicated. and able to be modified via the page edit in the wordpress backend. It can be in html using html 5 compliant code. The slider must have a admin tool in the wordpress admin area, to define the pictures and other relevant settings. The choice of slider is up to you, but I would prefer if it was free and similar in ui to the on the page provided. The footer must be four columns of equal width centered.
