Create a Plugin Joomla

[login to view URL] in this under category, if i add a category then the same sub menu should be created under other 3 modules ie marketplace, community, contributions for eg if i create a new category eraser, then 3 new links would be created ii marketplace/eraser, community/eraser and contributions/eraser that all three separate links have to be created? and we should see the new category in all 3 modules 1. if i create a new category from joomla backend, it should automatically go into the 3 tabs marketplace, contributions, community 2. its like a new plugin which creates automated menu
