Create a Drupal Template

I need a WEB DESIGNER having good experience in theming and designing DRUPAL WEBSITES. I have already created one website with responsive theme. I just want the below work to be done on my website. 1. Adding Pics (PICS are already downloaded, just have to add the link). 2. Adding Some kind of Direction Module in Contact page. (As present in this link [login to view URL] where TO address is fixed and from address can be entered). If you need we can provide this code also. 3. Creating Menus as per [login to view URL] (You can see some main menu with many sub menus, but if you click on any sub menu, you will come to know that it is not a new page, but link to a section of content in the same page. There are only 5 pages but sub menu is linking to the text on a single page) 4. Enabling a Photo Gallery and a video Gallery module in the website. 5. Modifying the design a bit by adding logos and a slider or an index video as present in [login to view URL] 6. Adding a Change TEXT SIZE code as present in [login to view URL] (Code can be provided by our side) I have created the whole website i.e., [login to view URL] so just want to update it as per above points. It is hardly 2-3 hrs work as the 80% work is already completed and my budget is 2000/-. I would have completed this by myself but The project has to be finished by the evening.
