Basic WYSIWYG text editor

I need a basic web-based WYSIWYG text editor that formats the all text using the HTML elements listed below. Editor should offer the elements like any WYSIWYG editor to make it easy for the end user to make the text look the way they want. Finally, user needs to be able to click button to copy HTML to clipboard for pasting where needed. WYSIWYG can be based off any opensource editor that you want. I have no preference.
