data collect and display script

Need a simple script to collect data via API and save it to the database. then, display filtered/ordered data on a website. it is an event calendar Details: 1. collect data: - collect data by calling external api - data provided in csv format - save data to main table - collect additional data for each data type and save into a separate table - the data collect script should be called once every hour. 2. create a front end script: - by default - show X elements meeting predefined criteria - create data filter - create a table that show all data - clicking on an entry "slides in" additional information: --- data from main entry - reformated --- additional information includes a chart with past data --- description --- table with past data Please note: data is related to different countries. the provider will need to provide flags for major countries Also note: the page needs to support multiple languages.
