A Motorsport racing site for an individual/team kart racing

I have a need for 3 websites, 2 online and one mobile capture The basics of the 3 sites are... 1)A general contracting/construction site that is customer and new customer facing, the site is static and won’t require a lot of changes once up and running. Corporate image feel. Licensed, bonded, legit…. we do residential and commercial contracting. All scopes big and small. a template is preferred. I looked at motocms and have questions. 2) a website for my son who is a young and accomplished kart racer. The audience is friends, sponsors, and potential sponsors. maybe a facebook and twitter integration would be good. Rss feeds from major sites. Lots of pics, news, race report updates(needs to be easy for Mom), video(vimeo or youtube links). Want it to have class and be raceeeee. He is only eight years old but image AND results are closely tied to gaining sponsor support. 3) a mobile app I want to create for data collection of race data so that I can analyze it later. Essentially HTML'izing an excel spreadsheet but I want it to be useable and presentable as the database collects it-the audience for now is me and my team. Once perfected maybe we will launch it for sale into android or IoS markets(maybe not). Estimated to be about 50 fields with drop downs and defaults for each. Very few manual inputs besides a notes field. Database must be searchable. Graphs and such to follow later.(much later). a droid tablet is only platform required Timing is immediate and we have most of the content authored.
