I am looking for a website that either has a scrolling feature similar to [login to view URL] or a fade feature as the pages o the site are called. The website would also have a back-end system that would allow for me to change the Websites look by using the WordPress Dashboard Once the job is complete I wish to be able to: 1. Upload content and store images and write copy that can be accessed through the dashboard. 2. Re-skin the website from background to foreground, including all buttons and navigation (the entire site). 3. Make a duplicate of this infrastructure and fashion a completely new website from the template. I have attached the websites new design below.
