Build my Freelance Profile Website

I need a freelance profile website created for me. These would have landing page Portfolio Downloads Contacts FeedBack I would love a basic setup that permits me to edit and upload contents easily like joomla. I have a webhost accounts ready, both windows and Linux with MYSQL db.
