I would like some one to create a 3d virtual chat room. Alot like habbohotel.co.uk. It needs to have sections, with ranks....its a bit difficult to descibe in words, but it should look like this: **Level 1: Anchor Boys** * Rank 1: Member Rank 2: Helper Rank 3: Leader ***Level 3: Junior Section *** Rank 1: Member Rank 2: Helper Rank 3: Leader ***Level 3: Company Section *** Rank 1: Private Rank 2: Lance Corporal Rank 3: Corpral Rank 4: Sargeant Rank 5: Staff Sargeant Rank 6: Helper Rank 7: Officer Rank 8: Captain * Users need to have profiles and things like that, and private and public rooms. Most of the design is up to you really...not to picky on that front. The only thing i am picky about is the chat system needs to be filtered so no swearing can take place and IP banning would be a bonus. And it also must stress that this needs to be secure because of the ages that will be using it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform **Flash** for the front end with an **asp** *or* **php** backend. Will be running on a **windows** server and ideally the app souldnt require root access to the server, but if it needs to then im not overly botherd. If you can do something better than that then contact me because im not very fussy, i just want something stable and that i can modify if i ever need too, and they are the languages i know.
