Add flash animation to existing SWF file

We have an existing SWF file of a cell phone screen. We need simple flash animation added to our SWF file to show the cell phone "opening": the flash animation will start by showing a cell phone from a closed position, then flipping open and ending by showing the cell phone screen at the end of the animation. The entire animation should be less than 5 seconds. There are NO other elements that need to be added to the animation (i.e just a cell phone & NOTHING else!). The size of the cell phone screen is 250x415. The entire flash animation MUST be contained within 250x415. We also have a PSD file of the cell phone screen, you will need to draw the same cell phone as it would look in the starting position ("closed") and then as it flips open. Your illustration MUST make the cell phone look like it's EXACTLY the same cell phone. Must be built to be compatible with Flash Player 7.0. Please provide all original files, including PSD of the cell phone in the closed position and final SWF file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash Player 7.0. Must work in IE and Firefox browsers.
