C# with SQL express database

We currently have a Repair database which is using an access database program that I am not happy with. I had a programmer start and almost complete 90% of the project. The new program uses C# and a SQl express database. I believe the project was done in VS2005 I need someone to complete the project making sure the database is sound, forms are complete and there are a few printable reports and an export of new repairs to a text file to be finished. I can provide you with the original access database, the lastest conversion tool for access to SQL. The lastest main exe. As well as all the project source code as provided from the original programmer. I can also provide any information needed to help finish the project. I need someone who is experienced with C# and SQL to help me get this project completed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
