My issue is specific to Excel 2004 for Mac. I need to get a list of all the Excel files in a particular folder. In Excel 2003 and Excel 2007, I can use, 'FileName = Dir(CurrentFolder & "\*.\*", vbDirectory)' -- however, this doesn't work in Excel 2004 due to a known bug ([login to view URL]). ' '[login to view URL]' and '[login to view URL]' don't work either. In Sheet1 of the attached workbook, there is a button to select a folder and a second button to post the list of Excel files in the folder. I use the 'Dir(...vbDirectory)' approach. The code runs properly in Excel 2003 and Excel 2007 but not in Excel 2004. I need the code in Module1 revised so that this works as intended in Excel 2004. ## Deliverables I don't mind if you use Mac-specific AppleScript / API code (which I have no knowledge of) -- so long as it works properly for all Excel 2004 users with no add-ins or changed settings required.
