Develop small website of 4-5 pages

Objective We want to develop some static webpages (may be 3-4) that are really really beautiful. Brief description about the contents of the website We are MNC professionals who trying to develop a beautiful community of farmhouses in harmony with nature in/around the city of Indore, India. It will have the following characteristics : 1. 60-100 acres of total land. 2. 60-70 houses having 1/2 to 1 acres plots. 3. 5 acre pond for rain water harwesting and recreation. 4. Common quarters for domestic help and property management staff. 5. Common Clubhouse with swimming pool etc. 6. 50% of the land will be wooded. 7. Integrated security. As of now, we are only a couple of people who are interested in developing the property on these lines. So we want to propagate this idea to other people including NRIs (non resident indians) and local people. The plan is to form a critical mass of people who can get together and buy the land and start developing the infrastructure. The plots will then be sold only by the approval of existing members/customers. Important : As of now, there is no land and no money but only a dream. So the website has to be extremely beautiful and it should be able to convey the dream. For a sample, please see <[login to view URL]> Amby Valley is a huge commercial project but the website is quite good and conveys the thoughts very beautifully. Our website will not have that many pages at the beginning. We want to have a well thought out layout of the website (may be same as ambyvalley) so that we can add pages later on. We do not have any images of the property (because there is no property as of now). So please use images available on the internet that reflect beautiful club house, cottage, pond etc. Please do not hesitate for any clarification. We will require all the source for any images, or whatever is used on the website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform should work on Internet explorer.
