About a year ago I had a coder write some PHP code for our website that allowed customers to upload files through our website. I need some changes to the process made. The coder lives overseas, and I have had trouble contacting him. Currently, customers attach their file(s) to am HTML form and after the upload completes, they are given a basic 'thank you' screen. I can send the winning coder the original PHP script I have on my server. I want to keep all the current code features, except for these two things: 1) I want a 'progress meter' (or equiv.) to appear when the upload starts. Many of our uploads can be 30-40MB, so it can take quite awhile. I would like customers to see some kind of progress indicator. 2) The current 'thank you ' screen just tells the customer "thank you for uploading file X". I want this screen to show the customers ALL the information they entered on the form. The current upload system is live and functional now. It can be seen at: [login to view URL] Please don't send 'test uploads' as this is a production site. It will just confuse the production people.
## Deliverables

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Windows Server 2003, IIS 6, PHP, Java(?) - I think Java will be required for the 'progress meter' but I'm not sure.
